Our mindfulness coaches can help you develop or deepen your mindfulness meditation practice and achieve a more

present, centered state of being. There is nothing better than a personal mindfulness coach.

They are your guide for living in the moment and getting clear on what you want to create,

with one-on-one sessions that will help them adjust their approach to best suit each individual's needs.

 

Mindfulness coaching is an excellent way to learn how to be mindful while in any given moment-walking

down the street, taking out the trash at home, eating dinner. While many people feel like they need time away from their

life when starting this process (like going on vacation), it’s actually best if we integrate these practices into our daily

lives first before adding them as something extra; otherwise, there may not seem many points in having such activities

since every day would just blend into the next, which can be really exhausting.​

to help with moment-to-moment stress and anxiety. Your coach will teach you the right mindfulness

exercises for you, regardless of your level of experience. These exercises can help improve your day-to-day

life with mindful living.
 

Individualized mindfulness coaching based on your personal needs. With individualized mindfulness coaching,

you will be able to find inner peace and keep a level head no matter what life throws at you. In today's society,

it is all too easy for our personal needs to get pushed aside in the pursuit of climbing the proverbial

 Intuitive Counseling

 

is a form of integrative psychotherapy that utilizes intuition to uncover what my client senses but may not be consciously aware of.  I use my intuition in order to access this unconscious information and bring it to conscious awareness.  I work from the energetic mind, body, and spirit, using the healings arts approach to assist me in uncovering, articulating, and releasing the source of the present problems or emotional blocks.
